Dr. Harsini graduated from University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry in May 1998 and founded Phoenix Implant Clinics in 2000.
He is dedicated to expanding his skills and has attended over 1,000 hours of continuing education in all facets of dentistry, including aesthetics and occlusion, implant dentistry and orthodontics. He has attained advanced certification in several implant techniques and trained with some of the world’s most renowned cosmetic dentists.

Dental implants consist of a small titanium post that fuses with your jawbone, an abutment and a crown. Unlike dentures or bridges, implants prevent bone loss and encourage new growth because the implant post stimulates the bone to keep it healthy. We offer All-on-4 and All-on-X full mouth dental implants at our dental office. Using guided surgery, we strategically place up to six dental implants per arch to support a full arch of teeth, usually without the need for bone grafting.
